G.T Microwave Features: M2V-82N-5JX-PIN DIODE IQ VECTOR MODULATOR
Model M2V-82N-5JX is a 360 Degree / 50 dB High Dynamic
Range PIN Diode I & Q Vector Modulator that operates
from 18.0 to 21.5 GHz. This device offers simultaneous
phase and amplitude control. Across the entire band the
Phase and Amplitude Flatness is +/- 10 Degrees and +/-
0.75 dB to 40 dB. The V.S.W.R. is better than 1.8:1. This
devise is capable of handling +15 dBm CW, 1.0 Watt Max.
With Monotonic performance, this device is Voltage Controlled
via 2 (I & Q) inputs and switches in 350 nSec. The
size is 3.25 x 3.00 x 1.00 inch.
