Attenuators

Offering options that include digital control up to 4K of resolution, linearized or any desired control input slope characteristic. Current or Voltage control options are also available. With operating frequency ranges that span from 250MHz to 40GHz in up to 9:1 bandwidths. Options including narrowband optimized performance, temperature compensation, video filtering and sub-assembly integration.

Vector Modulators

Simultaneously control the phase and amplitude characteristics in the processing of a microwave signal from 200MHz to 22GHz in up to 9:1 bandwidths. Narrowband models available from 22GHz to 35GHz with 10% bandwidths. Model offerings include digital or voltage control, low phase noise options, 500 nSec or 1 uSec switching speeds and high dynamic range capabilities.

Phase Shifters

Analog and digital Phase Shifters are an integration of either Varactor or PIN Diodes with passive circuitry. These units are continuously variable analog or converted to digital control or a true digital component that is switched from state to stat. Operating frequency ranges from 200MHz to 22GHz in up to 9:1 bandwidths. Available in 500 nSec or 1 uSec switching speeds. Narrowband models available from 22GHz to 40GHz with 10% bandwidths

Frequency Translators

Performance is enhanced using high slew rate drivers, optimized phase shift linearity with applied signal and minimization of PM to AM conversion. As a result, carrier and sideband suppression levels of over 25 and 20 dB are obtained across the entire frequency range, which range from 200MHz to 22GHz in up to 9:1 bandwidths. Narrowband models available from 22GHz to 35GHz with 10% bandwidth.

Switches

From 100MHz to 24GHz, any optimized bandwidth is available in absorptive or reflective models from SPST up to SP128T. Units can be customized for your application with offerings of various isolations, switching speeds, size configurations and even matched phase and amplitude.

BPSK/QPSK Modulators

Produces up to 9:1 bandwidths from 200MHz to 22GHz and options that include ultra-broadband, optimized narrowband and sub-assembly integration. Unit to unit phase and amplitude matching available along with bi-directional variable phase characteristics from one port to another. Control options including solder pins or a multi-pin connector.
