Model S4N-69-1AB is a Medium Power Low Harmonic SP4T Absorptive PIN Diode Switch that operates from 2.0 to 18.0 GHz. Across the entire band, V.S.W.R. is less than 2.1:1, Insertion Loss is less than 4.5 dB and the Isolation is greater than 60dB. This switch can handle +27 dBm CW with less than 60 dBm harmonic content. It has a 2 BIT Binary TTL compatible logic with a Switching Speed less than 900 nSec. The unit measures 2.50 X 1.25 X 0.50 Inch.
