Model P2P-68T-5 is a Broadband Digitally Controlled PIN 360 Degree Diode Phase Shifter operating from 6.0 – 18.0 GHz. This device offers up to 0.088 degree resolution with 12 BITs of TTL compatible binary logic and switches in less than 500 ƞSec. Across the entire band, phase accuracy is +/-10 degrees, amplitude balance +/-1.0 dB, and VSWR 1.9:1 in 50 Ohms. Input power is up to +15 dBm CW or 1.0 Watt max.
