Model M2L-69N-5 is a 2.0 to 18.0 GHz, Pin Diode, I & Q Vector Modulator. This device simultaneously controls phase and amplitude with 360 Degree & 20 dB of dynamic range. The phase and amplitude flatness is +/- 20 Degrees and +/- 3.0 dB. VSWR is 2.0:1 and Insertion Loss is 16 dB. It’s Digitally Controlled via 2 sets (I & Q) of monotonic 12 Bit TTL binary logic and switches in 500 nSec. The device control input slope is linear with output voltage. The size is 4.25 x 3.5 x 0.75 inch.

Absorptive input pulse modulators offer frequency ranges from 100 MHz to 24 GHz in up to 9:1 bandwidths and are available with optimized narrowband performance. High speed switching includes 15 ƞSec RF and 15 ƞSec delay for a maximum of 30 ƞSec. These can be offered with unit-to-unit phase and amplitude matching and configurations up to SP4T.
