Model S6C-64-2AC is a SP6T Phase and Amplitude Matched Reflective PIN Diode Switch operating from 8.0 – 12.0 GHz. Across the entire band, VSWR is less than 2.0:1 in 50 Ohms, Insertion Loss is less than 3.0 dB and the Isolation is 65 dB. This unit is amplitude matched within 0.1 dB port-to-port and phase matched within 2.0 degrees port-to-port. It has a switching speed less than 100 ƞSec with 6 BIT Binary compatible logic. The package size is 3.50 x 1.5 x 0.50 Inches.
